How do I join a game in Sketcharoo?
If someone sends you an invite link, tap it to open the join page. Copy the game code, then open Sketcharoo and tap "Join with Code" to enter it. If you don't have the app yet, download it from the App Store first.
Do I need an account to play?
You can play without creating an account. Optional sign-in via Apple Game Center or Facebook Login unlocks features like leaderboards and social play.
How do I restore my purchases?
In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, go to the app's settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I request a refund?
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account and data deletion from our Account Deletion page. You can also check the status of an existing deletion request on our Deletion Status page.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Try the following steps: (1) Make sure you're running the latest version of the app from the App Store. (2) Restart the app. (3) Restart your device. (4) Check that you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate.
