Request deletion of your account and associated data
Before you proceed: Account deletion is permanent and
cannot be undone. All your game progress, achievements, and associated
data will be permanently removed.
To request deletion of your account, please provide the details below. We will process your request and confirm via email.
What happens next?
- We will verify your identity and locate your account
- Your data will be queued for permanent deletion
- You will receive a confirmation email with a reference code
- Deletion is typically completed within 30 days
- You can check the status of your request on our Deletion Status page
What data is deleted?
- Your player profile and display name
- Game progress, scores, and achievements
- Any drawings or content you created
- Login associations (Facebook, Game Center)
- Device and usage data linked to your account
Some anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
